Where do your products ship from?
Directly from the brands that make them. We partner with independent pet companies across the United States, and each one ships its own products to you. That's why multi-brand orders can arrive in more than one package.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product page includes the brand's sizing guide. For collars and harnesses, measure your dog's neck or chest with a soft tape and add two fingers of room. For beds and crates, measure your dog from nose to base of tail while lying down and add 6–12 inches.
Are the treats safe for puppies?
Our treats use simple, whole-food ingredients, but every dog is different. Check the product page for age and size guidance, introduce new treats gradually, and consult your vet if your pup has allergies or a sensitive stomach.
Are the toys safe for heavy chewers?
Product pages list each toy's chew rating. West Paw's Zisc, for example, is designed for gentle to moderate chewers and floats, while Rowdies plush toys are reinforced for tougher play. No toy is indestructible; always supervise and replace toys that show damage.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are sent to our brand partners quickly, so contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to catch it before it ships.
Do you ship internationally?
