Shipping & Delivery

We partner directly with the brands we carry, and each order ships from that brand's own facility. Here's what to expect.

Processing time

Most orders are packed and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order is placed and a tracking email as soon as it ships.

Delivery time

Standard shipping within the United States typically arrives 3–8 business days after your order ships, depending on the brand's location and your address. Larger items such as crates and beds may take slightly longer.

Multiple brands, multiple boxes

If your order includes products from more than one brand, each brand ships its portion separately. You may receive more than one tracking number and more than one delivery.

Shipping rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination. Rates and any free-shipping offers are shown before you pay.

Tracking your order

Use the tracking link in your shipping confirmation email, or sign in to your account to see order status. If tracking hasn't updated in 5 business days, contact us and we'll chase it down.
